Israel blocks thousands of Palestinians from returning to northern Gaza over ceasefire dispute

Israel kept thousands of Palestinians from returning to their homes in northern Gaza Strip as it accused Hamas of violating a fragile ceasefire by changing the order of hostages it has released.
